Terms of Sales

BETWEEN

The Company CRPROJECT represented by Mr. Rodolfo ESTEVES DA SILVEIRA BRITO ALMAS as President and Mrs. Camila ALMAS as Director, registered with URSSAF under SIRET 91866881500015, domiciled at 8 rue basse, 65100 LOURDES.

Hereinafter referred to as: the Company

 

AND

Any natural or legal person, under private or public law, wishing to enter into a commercial relationship with CRPROJECT.

Hereinafter referred to as: the Client

 

It was agreed as follows:

 

1. Object

​

The present General Conditions of Sale are intended to govern the relationship between the Company and the Customer.

The Company reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the Customer.

The acquisition of a good or a service from the Company supposes the acceptance by the Customer of the entirety of the present conditions. The Customer acknowledges having read them fully, accepting them without reservation and renouncing his own conditions.

 

2. Modalities and performance of the services

The Company offers rentals of land and other real estate.

3. Price 

​

The prices displayed are understood to be in Euros All Taxes Included and are precisely determined on the descriptions of the Services.

The prices displayed are mentioned: "from" and therefore represent the minimum price practiced for each service, the Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. 9149-20813d6c673b_

4. Applicable law

​

This contract is subject to the application of French law.

5. Nullity

​

If one of the clauses of these General Conditions of Sale were to be declared void by a court decision, all the other clauses would remain valid and continue to be effective.

 

6. Non-waiver

​

The Company could exceptionally waive one or more clauses of these General Conditions of Sale. This scenario would not imply a waiver of all other clauses which would remain valid.

 

7. Violation of the T&Cs

​

In the event of violation of these General Conditions of Sale, the Customer acknowledges being informed that he must, if necessary, proceed to compensation for the damage suffered by the Company.

 

These General Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time.
