The website www.crproject.fr  is the property of the Company CRPROJECT represented by Mr. Rodolfo ESTEVES DA SILVEIRA BRITO ALMAS as President and Mrs. Camila ALMAS as Director, registered with URSSAF under SIRET 91866881500015, rue 8 domicile bass, 65100 LOURDES.

Hereinafter referred to as: CRPROJECT

AND

Any natural or legal person, under private or public law, wishing to enter into a commercial relationship with CRPROJECT.

Hereinafter referred to as: the User

It was agreed as follows:

1- Intellectual property

The general structure of the CRPROJECT site as well as the software, texts, images (animated or not), the know-how and all the other elements making up the site are the exclusive property of Rodolfo ALMAS and Camila ALMAS.

The logos and trademarks of the companies mentioned on the CRPROJECT site are the exclusive property of their respective authors.

Any representation, reproduction and/or exploitation, partial or total, of the aforementioned brands is prohibited, except with the prior written consent of their authors.

2- Copyright

Any total or partial representation of this site is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L. 335-2 and following of the intellectual property code.

For the development of deep hypertext links to the CRPROJECT site, the prior agreement of the owner of the Rodolfo ALMAS site must be obtained.
